**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing ADT's products and services.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs and concerns.
- Demonstrate excellent sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or questions promptly.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure sales and agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement successful sales approaches.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively promote ADT's offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Actively participate in business development initiatives to expand the customer base.
- Engage in outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Leverage marketing strategies to enhance sales efforts and reach a wider audience.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by motivating team members and contributing to a positive work environment.

Pay: $6,500.00 per month
