**Office Assistant (CSR)/Orders** will be responsible for answering calls, provide product information, and help the customer by being informative and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Process returns, refunds, and shipping tracking details/tracking numbers
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
- Able to generate sales leads from calls

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Familiarity with Quickbooks and Starship
- Ability to accurately enter orders into a computer system
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain office efficiency
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally

**Warehouse Assistant** will be responsible for filling, boxing, and shipping of orders, along with our shipping locations in Florida and Texas. We currently ship to multiple states and the Caribbean. This is a fast-paced, physical role. Must be willing to listen, learn, and be dependable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Unload incoming freight with forklift, pallet jack
- Checking product in against packing list
- Shelf all product that comes in it's proper location
- Inventory control and ordering product using purchase orders
- Lifting product over head
- Measure, cut, and spool film materials to Customer specifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Familiarity with Quickbooks and Starship
- Ability to accurately enter purchase orders in the system
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain office efficiency
- Basic math skills
- Capable of lifting 70 lbs
- Operate forklift/pallet jack

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
