**About the Role**:
Any product modification initiated by the customer must be evaluated in terms of cost and time impact. As a **Change Manager **you will be part of a team consisting of several highly skilled professionals. Based on your experience and know-how, you ensure the effective implementation of change management tasks and align them with the desired goals.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **
Transfer change action data **from the customer system to our internal ICM system
- ** Validate the content of change actions** and prepare this data for internal evaluation
- ** Coordinate the distribution of change actions **across the ICM workflow, monitor progress, and promptly escalate any delays
- ** Facilitate and coordinate internal meetings** to resolve any change related issues, improve workflow efficiency and ensure throughput times are met
- ** Compile the evaluation results **and communicate them to the customer in the specified format
- ** Create reports** to monitor evaluation progress throughout the change evaluation process
- ** Support the bill of material** (BOM) management process

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management OR Engineering Degree
- At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in the manufacturing industry (automotive preferred)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel for training

**Your preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Working experience within intercultural teams
- Certified Change management Professional (CCMP) or Change Management Specialist (CMS)
