We are looking for someone who connects well with others, delivers great customer service, and is self-motivated. At Shopwholesale Inc., we want an individual who can think outside the box to problem-solve and can build rapport with the team and our customer base. This is an entry-level position, but prior experience is preferred. Training is provided and we are excited to help you grow within this company

**Role Overview**
- The Sales coordinator will report to the Sales Manager.
- Generate and intake sales throughout the United States and Canada.
- Develop leads to grow the business through brand outreach.
- Educate customers on various products and effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Manage an influx of calls for sales orders, customer concerns, and anything else related.
- Utilize the company’s online platform to input orders, data, and additional information.
- Able to navigate technology to update the website and outlook of the online store.

**Compensation**

$20-$27 an hour

Expected Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Bilingual Bonus

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work the full work day from 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Required flexibility with schedule
- Must have reliable transportation to office site in Lake Elsinore
- Minimum 2 years of profession experience in an office/administrative setting
- Resume Required, Cover Letter (Optional)
- Must have High School Diploma accredited from the U.S
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
