**The Partnership Development Coordinator is an essential part of the National Engagement
team, providing critical support for the Nonprofit Partnerships department, which identifies,
cultivates and manages relationships with key nonprofit organizations nationwide. This position
supports the Vice President of National Engagement Partnerships and works closely with
colleagues across the team and organization to support partnership activity with flawless
attention to detail, a desire to continually improve systems and processes, and a commitment to
collaboration - internally and externally.

- Works closely with VP, National Engagement Partnerships to support team strategic plan

implementation
- Supports National Engagement team with reporting and data analysis using Salesforce,

Magento, Pardot, Confluence, and other internal First Book platforms.
- Uses Salesforce to implement regular functions, including coordinating with the operations

team to support large bulk book orders.

- Contributes to LinkedIn networking outreach
- Provides research and data collection in preparation for calls, meetings, and deliverables.
- Joins partner calls and assists with creating and coordinating follow-up deliverables.
- Assists with funding proposals and project reports.
- Supports presentation development
- Supports research and insight gathering via user testing, survey response review, and other

tasks as needed.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement within the Nonprofit Partnerships

department, works with supervisor to create process improvement plans, SOPs, and

executes / oversees improvements implementation
- Contributes to team brainstorms, and strategic planning.
- Various administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or
ability required:
**Education and/or Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Min. 2 years of experience in nonprofit or education sectors
- Successful track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot is preferred.
