Are you passionate about fresh produce and connecting with the community? Join our team as a Farmers Market Sales Representative We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to promote and sell our high-quality tea at local farmers markets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and organize the booth at the farmers market before opening hours.
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service by offering product information, sampling and answering questions.
- Display products and samples in an appealing manner to attract customers.
- Assist customers in selecting products and offer recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory levels and restock products as needed by visiting a centralized warehouse structure (likely weekly)
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the booth throughout the day.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.
- Work with company owner to provide creative ideas for increasing sales
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to speak additional languages a plus
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in tea and sustainable food products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work on weekends
- must have own car
Perks:
