With over 30 years of industry experience specializing in Commercial Collections, Accounts Receivable Management, and Legal & Business Process Outsourcing, RSG offers a unique strategy for recovering receivables. Whether a client is dealing with slow pay or no pay accounts, we deliver a customized approach that outperforms all recovery expectations We offer a cost-effective, transparent, less labor-intensive alternative to in-house collections, providing our clients with 1st and 3rd party Accounts Receivable Management solutions Possible Remote option for proven Recovery Specialists in the debt collections industry.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Research and investigate accounts utilizing the Internet and other company resources
- Develop and execute a plan to bring in the maximum amount of revenue
- Negotiate payment on accounts in the form of Payment in Full (PIF), Payment Plan Arrangement (PPA), or Settlement (SET)
- Follow up on Promise to Pay (PTP) accounts to ensure a positive resolution and client satisfaction
- Deliver a **MINIMUM** daily call count/phone time/accounts worked of 150/2.5 hrs/105
- Attain monthly quota and goals as assigned by management
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude by focusing on solutions to promote a collaborative and enjoyable environment

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proficient in MS Office and Internet
- 1+ years of Debt Collections experience
- Strong and effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to overcome obstacles to find solution-oriented results
- Knowledge of FDCPA practices (preferred)

Pay: $36,000.00+ per year

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
