**Requirements**:
**Job Qualifications - Education and Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in a retail environment

**Physical Requirements**
Store environment requiring ability to:

- speak and listen to others in person and over the phone
- use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports
- follow safety standards during new store construction and completion
- stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
- bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach to heights on an intermittent basis for up to seven hours a day
- hand manipulation requires simple grasping, power grasping, pushing and pulling of materials and fine manipulation
- reach and work above and below the shoulder level is performed on an intermittent basis for up to six hours a day
- climb up, climb down, and work upon ladders and stairs, including lifting and moving items from elevations
- drive and work around forklifts
- lift and carry items weighing 25lbs or less up to eight hours a day. Individuals typically lift and carry items weighing between 26 and 50 pounds on an intermittent basis up to six hours a day
- Work within health and safety standards around construction materials, including dust, noise and airborne particles

- The anticipated range for this position is $19.86 - $29.80 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as early access to pay, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
