**Responsibilities**
- Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services.
- Advocate for an integrated pest management lawn care approach.
**Qualifications**
- No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job paid initial training.

- Willingness to obtain a Pesticide Applicator License. We assist you in this process.
**Compensation**
Our Lawn Care Specialists receive competitive compensation ($18-$28+ per hour) with performance-based pay and several bonus opportunities.
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
