- Perform commercial cleaning tasks for vacation rental properties such as Airbnb, VRBO.
- Do laundry for bed linens, bath towels, bath mats etc, and dry them in the dryer.
- Make beds for each bedroom, place back linens
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors or wash carpets when necessary
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests

**Skills**:

- Experience in Airbnb or hotel cleaning preferred
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices for maintaining cleanliness in short-term rentals, includes checking missing items, report damages, adding disposable items etc.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of laundering techniques for cleaning linens and towels
