Job Overview:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. This role will primarily focus on contract management, customer service, and athlete success. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our athletes, coaches, and universities to ensure their satisfaction with TheLinkU's NIL services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage contracts and renewals for clients
- Ensure timely delivery of services according to contracted terms
- Proactively identify and solve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and requests
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of any issues
- Monitor client usage of TheLinkU's platform and provide recommendations for optimization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in order to better serve clients' needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in creating content that promotes TheLinkU's services
- Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction level and gather feedback
- Assist in onboarding new clients onto TheLinkU's platform
- Participate in company meetings and trainings as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management within the sports industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Knowledge of contract management and negotiation
- Passion for the sports industry and helping athletes achieve their goals

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
