Customer Success Representative

Eldridge seeks a particular individual to fill this position. The skill set(s) we are looking for are those that pertain to Commercial Roofing Experience, organization, general construction and time management. This unique individual will be working directly with operations, service teams, roofing contractors and or customers.


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 40k-55k per year

Job Description:

A Customer Success Representative is responsible for performing administrate duties, Schedule appointments, maintaining orderliness, project time management and working with our sales team, to ensure our projects are on time and that our customers are informed throughout the entire journey. Our Customer Success Representative has the customer in mind, and are the “Voice” of Eldridge with our customers and partners.


Project Responsibilities:

  • Working Internal teams and Sales to complete customer builds from start to finish
  • Ensuring you and your team keep the Project Manager and Customer informed and up to date.
  • Following up immediately with the Customers and Project Managers
  • Always keeping in mend what is best for our Customer
  • Correctly Completing our quality assurance checklists
  • Answering Phones with a smile and understanding that every situation can be resolved
