Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our fast-paced team. We are a full-service public involvement/outreach and government/community relations firm located minutes from downtown West Palm Beach. The position is not remote.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- General office duties: Answering phone; filing; Open and distribute mail; Keep copier and scanner in good repair and ensure office supplies are stocked; Help take out the trash/recycling.
- Deposit checks via banking app.
- Create spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and collateral materials with graphics.
- Develop and distribute monthly newsletter.
- Calendar maintenance - scheduling.
- Schedule and keep track of and confirm all events and rsvp’s.
- Maintain an accurate database in Info contacts.
- Make follow-up phone calls to clients.
- Attend networking, prospect meeting, and/or project meetings virtually or in person - some after-hours may be required (we offer Flex-Time so you never work more than 40 hours/week).
- Create and start virtual meetings.
- Make sure all bios and resumes for the team are updated in a timely manner.
- Social media and website development and maintenance a plus but not required.
Pay: $20.00 - $27.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
