Location: Wellington area

Hours: M-F 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $20-23/hr. on temp, $50K on perm

About the Client: Ultimate Staffing is assisting one of our clients in the Wellington area, an established provider of credentials for government agencies, in their search for an Enrollment Specialist. This company is known for offering top-tier training for professionals in law enforcement, the military, and other investigative fields. Their expert instructors, with extensive experience in both law enforcement and military truth verification operations, ensure that their training programs are the best in the world.

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training Enrollment Specialist to assist their Training Administrator. This role involves managing the scheduling of classes, coordinating testing, ordering training materials, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of their training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling training classes and coordinating with instructors and participants.
  • Manage the enrollment process for training programs, ensuring all participants meet the necessary requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of training materials.
  • Organize testing sessions and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, performance, and certification status.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential trainees and provide information about courses and enrollment procedures.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the training calendar.
  • Support the Training Administrator in developing and implementing training schedules and programs.
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and available for each session.
  • Handle any administrative tasks related to training programs as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative or enrollment roles, preferably in a training or educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of law enforcement or military training environments is a plus.
