Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our shop and equipment. The Shop Manager will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring efficient workflow in the shop.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including scheduling, inventory management, and vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for vehicles and equipment, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and availability of resources
- Monitor workflow and productivity in the shop, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in vehicle maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Shop Manager or similar role in an automotive or mechanical shop
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to operate and work on skid steers and loaders
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and vendors

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
