Our client, a global leader in consumer goods, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Coordinator for Design Operations** to join their dynamic team, focusing on Baby Business Unit (BU) refreshes and regulatory projects.

As a Coordinator, Design Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and delivering strategic Business Unit (BU) and eCommerce initiatives. This position focuses on developing omni-channel content for existing products and new product development (NPD) programs, encompassing both direct and indirect eCommerce sites. You will ensure the creative development and execution of comprehensive content strategies, adhering to defined timelines and budgets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the central point for project information distribution, ensuring team members are aligned and informed, thereby maintaining a smooth and proactive workflow.
- Implement and manage content governance workflows, engaging with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices into design projects.
- Maintain and monitor project schedules to guarantee on-time project completions.
- Oversee the routing and review processes of artwork throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist the Design Team during both digital and physical vendor proofing stages.
- Act as the primary liaison with internal business partners and external agencies.
- Manage all administrative tasks for assigned projects, including file releases to vendors, asset uploads to system stacks and customer portals, and archival of deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience level: Entry Level
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in studio production, project coordination, or project traffic management, ideally within a design-focused environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, resourceful, adaptable, and proactive.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and maintain a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Strong capability to work under pressure on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, capable of gathering and delivering information to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with design processes and requirements.
- Expertise in workflow management and prioritization.
- Proficiency in Office 365; knowledge of Workfront or similar project management software is highly preferred.
