Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Global Regulatory Law Legal Leadership Team member and other team associates. This role is based in New Brunswick, NJ.
- Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week. _

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage complex calendar schedules and global travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports in Concur
- eMarketplace administration
- Maintain Open Headcount report and team distribution lists
- Corporate Meeting Card management
- Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office related events to maintain and build team culture
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and catering for larger meetings as needed
- Responsible for distribution and posting of organizational announcements
- Manage and complete the standard day-to-day responsibilities of supporting senior corporate leaders
- Assist in the organization of meetings which includes preparation and distribution of pre-meeting materials, documenting meeting notes and action items
- Gather data for the development of professional presentations
- Manage special projects as needed
- Accountable for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- A High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 years of experience supporting high level executives
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Proficiency in J&J Systems/Portals: Concur, AMEX Travel, Summit, AskGS, IRIS, and Zoom
- Global calendaring experience in a complex matrix environment understanding time zone impacts to meetings and travel schedules
- Strong verbal, written communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate within a team
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated and must possess the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility to adjust to changing business environments to ensure an organized experience to internal and external teams.
- Proven ability to build and support strong, positive relationships with internal and external business partners
- Strong leadership skills with understanding and appreciation for regional differences
- Display business and emotional intelligence

The base pay range for this position is $59,850 to $96,600.

Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short
- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

- Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
