**Human Resources Coordinator at Cunex Inc.**
- **Job Summary**:_

The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resources processes at all business locations.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Assists in recruitment efforts, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Conducts or acquires background checks through First Advantage as well as process employee eligibility verifications.
- Process enrollment of new hires into internal software for accessibility.
- Reviews, tracks and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and work assessments.
- Assists with processing of terminations.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Prepares new-employee files.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years related experience required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
