As an employee of JOH, this part-time position is responsible for assisting with day-to-day office tasks in accordance with JOH’s policies and procedures. This person should develop positive working relationships, convey a willingness to help JOH associates, while projecting a professional image at all times. This position is in the Deduction Department, a department which is responsible for obtaining financial data and other documentation for use in paying customer invoices, clearing customer deductions, and tracking all spending on behalf of the clients(s) *Reports to: *Department Supervisor *FLSA Status:* Non-Exempt *Supervisory Responsibilities:* None *Responsibilities
- * Responsibility for distributing all departmental mail whether electronic or hard copy
- Filing invoices and ads
- Data Entry
- Copying
- Assisting administrative staff as necessary
- Ability to meet attendance standard
- Assisting analysts
- Other duties as assigned *Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Required*
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of the English language
- High School Degree Required
