As we continue to grow our online marketplace presence, we are seeking a dedicated eCommerce Marketplace Specialist to join our dynamic team. Location right next to the major freeways. Fast-Paced Start-Up Feel.

**Position Overview**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and update product listings across multiple eCommerce marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics for product listings to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to increase visibility and sales.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies, market trends, and customer preferences to inform listing optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored to marketplace platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries related to product listings, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay abreast of changes and updates within marketplace platforms, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain competitive edge.
- Work closely with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability aligns with online listings and demand.
- Make sure all listing are created prior to arrival.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least 1 year of work experience managing listings on major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and others, with a proven track record of optimizing listings for sales performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in utilizing analytics tools (e.g. Helium 10) to drive decision-making.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges in the marketplace.
- Above average Excel Skills (Pivot Table, Vlookup).
- Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
