Responsibilities
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Review returned items for quality and condition assessment.
- Prepare returns for resale and relist accordingly.
- Communicate with customers regarding return status, refunds, and exchanges via email
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to manage returned inventory.
- Investigate and resolve any issues related to returns, including missing items, damaged products, or incorrect shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of return transactions and inventory adjustments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer return experience.
Requirements
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic computer skills.
