Summary Of Position - Digital Ad Specialist

We are looking for a curious, ambitious, and detail-oriented candidate ready to grow their career in the digital advertising space. Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing agency environment. This is a hands-on digital campaign operations management.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with creation, monitoring and management of Digital Marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Email, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create, monitor, and manage ad campaigns for direct revenue generation for ecommerce platforms.
  • Tag and track all campaign components
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Director on campaign reporting and deliver frequent updates
  • Manage campaign pacing to optimize budget utilization and ensure timely expenditure in alignment with campaign objectives and targets
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking and analytics platforms
  • Assist Director of Marketing with daily tasks
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication with vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of tracking processes

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads execution
  • Experience with Google Analytics reporting, Google Tag Manager, WordPress and Mailchimp
  • MS Excel experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Digital Certifications a plus (Google, Facebook)
  • cPanel experience a plus

Experience:

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on email channels to enhance engagement, foster loyalty, and drive conversions.
  • Utilize email automation tools to orchestrate triggered and drip campaigns, tailoring messaging to customer behavior, lifecycle stages, and segmentation.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Segment email lists based on demographic data, behavioral patterns, and preferences to deliver personalized and targeted communications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content creation, and product development, to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to digital and email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and industry best practices to optimize deliverability and safeguard sender reputation.
