In this role, the applicant will be responsible for different areas within customer service, account management and Supply Chain Management. Ensuring that invoices are being processed and ready for payment in a timely manner following business policies and procedures. You may be called upon to identify and resolve any questions and discrepancies. Coordinates and executes payments, transfers, voids and reissues and other financial functions. Organizes and manages logistics of waste disposal deliveries while maintaining a strong relationship with client.

Joining the SDS team now is extremely timely, and will give applicant exposure to the business very early on.

**Responsibilities**
- Performs assigned tasks within established procedures in various phases of the customer service operations.
- Responds to customer inquiries; completes calls or relays information as necessary pertaining to customer billings and other problems.
- Prepares necessary source documents to effect change to customer accounts and amending or adjusting consumption and revenue.
- Add profiled waste to all orders prior to pick up and ensure profiles are properly priced via the quote or contract.
- Assure daily billing of the business with the expectation that billing is accomplished each day and is consistent each week and respond in a timely manner to all billing issues/questions on unbilled reports.
- Set up new customers that result from incoming service requests and ensure customer information is accurately input.
- Opens, separates, and distributes incoming departmental mail, including processing of customer payments.
- Create paperwork for all scheduled jobs and ensure accuracy prior to use on-site or in the field.
- Performs other similar work as assigned.
- Assists employees of a higher classification as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with customer interaction and logistics
- Proficiency in MS office, word, excel, one note
- Experience with Quickbooks a plus
- Experience with Chemical and pharmaceutical terms and safety data sheets is a plus
- Ability to be flexible with job responsibilities and priorities

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
