**About All Pro Striping**:
We are a rapidly growing construction company specializing in pavement marking and striping throughout Southern Maine. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, excellent customer service, and creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

**About the Role**:
As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our company. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

- **Finance**: Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and prepare financial reports.
- **Human Resources**: Oversee human resource functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and onboarding new hires.
- **Administrative Support**: Answer company phones, manage scheduling of new business, coordinate meetings and travel, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- **Technology**: Proficient in using various office software and technologies, HR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with all colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to identify and resolve problems independently while

ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive attitude, contributing

to a productive and enjoyable work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with human resource functions, including payroll and benefits

administration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize

tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in various office software and technologies.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

**Additional Information**:

- This position is initially fully remote, but the office manager will be expected to meet in-person at our shop in Southern Maine, on occasion.
- We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
