At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Phoenix, AZ:
Compensation: $22 / hour

Shift: We have 1 shift available:

- ** Shift 1**:

- Wednesday 11:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. & Thursday thru Saturday 5:00a.m. - 5:00p.m

- 2-year certification: Active Violence Emergency Response Training (AVERT)
- 5-year board certification: International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS)—basic
- 5-year board certification: IAHSS—advanced
- 2-year certification: Stop-the-Bleed®

About the job:

- You are responsible for overseeing the inside operations or outside operations.
- You will address complaints from patients, families, client staff, and GardaWorld staff.
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Your background:

- ** You have Supervisor experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement (required)**:

- ** You have an Arizona Guard License (required)**:

- You are proficient with report writing, computer skills, self-accountability, and customer service
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
