Job Overview

Anderson Security Agency is seeking a Security Officer.

The Security Officer will be tasked with performing vehicle patrols, checking in with various sites and facilities, and responding to emergencies during shifts.

As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of various client accounts while providing support to your team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a company vehicle to patrol site facilities, ensuring safety and security.
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, peers, client associates, and the public.
  • Utilize intermediate/advanced computer skills to operate proprietary software systems on-site.
  • Conduct thorough patrols around the premises to identify anything unusual.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Understand standard operating procedures, site-specific post orders, and client safety programs.
  • Self-manage and make ethical judgment decisions while adhering to company and client policies.
  • Exhibit keen attention to detail in all aspects of the job to ensure safety and security for all on-site.
  • Handle sensitive information and materials with confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity in performing your duties.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule and be available for overtime when required or in emergencies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid Unarmed Security Guard Card for the state of Arizona
    • (Required, assistance available for obtaining this)
  • 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certified (assistance available for obtaining these certifications).
  • Authorized to work legally in the United States.
  • Comprehensive background check and drug screening required.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • If applicable, provide a copy of DD-214, Form 4 for military experience.
