  • Safely Operate a Company Vehicle: Patrol site facilities to ensure safety and security.
  • Effective Communication: Appropriately communicate with supervisors, peers, client associates, and the public professionally.
  • Technical Skills: Deploy intermediate/advanced computer skills to utilize proprietary software systems on-site.
  • Incident Response: Respond to incidents promptly, as directed by the Security Operations Center.
  • Thorough Patrols: Conduct thorough patrols around the premises to observe anything out of the ordinary.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service while displaying a positive attitude.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Have a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures, site-specific post orders and duties, and client safety programs.
  • Self-Management: Self-manage and make ethical judgment decisions while carrying out duties following company and client policies.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all aspects of the job to ensure safety and security for all on-site.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and material while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Integrity: Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity in the performance of duties.
  • Flexibility: Maintain a flexible schedule and ability to work overtime when required or in the event of an emergency.
Requirements
  • Valid Unarmed Security Guard Card: Must have a valid Unarmed Security Guard Card for the state of Arizona.
  • Age and Driver's License: 21 years of age or older and a valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification: CPR, AED, and First Aid certified.
  • Background Check and Drug Screening: Must be authorized to work in the United States legally and submit to a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
  • Education and Experience: Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education and 2 years prior Security or 1 year prior Corrections or Law Enforcement experience.
