Dental Front Desk Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain insurance information and ensure accuracy
- Utilize dental terminology appropriately
- Oversee phone systems and manage incoming calls
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred not required
- Proficiency in dental scheduling and patient service
- Knowledge of records management
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of dental insurance
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance

Experience with Dentrix Ascend would be an asset but is not required.
