- Regularly monitor incoming job requests via various channels.
- Accurately categorize customer tickets following established company protocols.
- Address all client inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Clarify the complexities and scheduling of each project prior to job assignments.
- Communicate with clients regarding job specifications, deadlines, and budgetary considerations.
- Verify the accuracy of information provided in incoming communications.
- Document jobs once they are completed and dispatched.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess experience in the Print Industry
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Preferred background in Inside Sales
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in enhancing service offerings
  • Good understanding of revenue enhancement strategies
  • Familiarity with Prepress and offset processes
  • Solutions-oriented with efficient problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication capabilities
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience with graphic design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred
