Location: Amesbury MA, Selma TX or Roanoke, VA

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize, design, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, aligning them with the company’s strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with regulations in the US and Mexico.
- Administer 401(k) plans, including vendor management, employee education, and coordination of annual audits.
- Oversee all aspects of leave of absence and ADA accommodation processing, ensuring a compassionate, compliant approach.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure top-notch services and compliance for our benefits and retirement plans.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Masters Degree with 7+ years of proven experience in compensation and benefits management, including specific expertise with 401(k) plans and annual audits.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team, with a commitment to mentoring and professional growth.
- Deep knowledge of US, Canadian and Mexican employment laws, benefits legislation, and retirement plan regulations.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- A commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
