Shift available:

- Monday through Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification
- Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in an ABA clinic setting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and client populations.
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop appropriate goals.
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans.
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensure adherence to ethical standards.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in research and continuing education to stay informed about the latest developments in applied behavior analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and case discussions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
- Support the ABA Program Director with administrative tasks and development of program strategies.
