We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Assistant to join our expanding organization. Tremendous room for growth.
- Duties include clerical tasks, answer phones, and sort mail. Other duties will include assisting office managers and executives with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
- assist organizing field staff schedules
- Prepare information and research for executive needs

Office Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MUST SPEAK SPANISH
- Highly organized multitasker who works will in a fast-paced environment. Seeking long term commitment
- Willingness to learn and to grow with in company

Preferred but not required
- Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in property management/real estate
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
