At the completion of the restaurant and operational orientation, you will begin taking on leadership responsibility in 6 month intervals that will include opening and closing the restaurant. You will influence system and process creation and maintenance under the guidance of our executive leadership team and our owner/operator.

Your role as a leader is to ensure that your team is working efficiently together to provide the best possible experience to our patrons. You will hold yourself and others to the highest standard. Lastly, you will identify areas of deficiency and offer solutions. You are helping us to create a desired future.
- Perform Front-of-House and Back-of-House team member duties

**Benefits**:

- Base salary $45,000 ($18/hr;45hrs/week)

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
