The Office Administrator will assist with all administrative aspects of real estate

**General Office Responsibilities-** This position reports directly to the Office Manager
- Receive and announce agent guests and clients
- Answer incoming calls and requests in a timely fashion
- Keep the office tidy and clean
- Keep the printer stocked with paper and ink supply
- Sort and distribute mail and other items that arrive for the agents from other offices
- Order office supplies as needed
- Attend all Company offered Administrative trainings

**Agent Engagement**
- Assist Office Manager with new agent onboarding
- Become familiar and comfortable with the Cardinal Nest as well as Samson University
- Train agents as needed to include document management, postcard and flyer creation, etc.
- Assist the Office Manager in rolling out new Company tools, resources and initiatives to agents
- Assist the Office Manger to achieve office goals, recruitment of new agents, retention of current agents and marketing efforts
- Communicate with Office Manager about any days/times they will be out of the office as well as any issues that may arise in the office or with the agents.
- Assist Company staff with onsite or office classes, lunch and learns, or community events
- Promote Cardinal Title Group and First Heritage Mortgage in the office
- Promote the use of Company resources, tools and staff trainers to help the agents

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
