**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR project management or related roles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.

As the HR Project Specialist successfully completes assigned projects, they will have the opportunity to transition into a broader HR Generalist or Manager role, taking on additional responsibilities and contributing to the overall success of our HR department.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
