QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling (if rehabilitation counselor, C.R.C. preferred). A valid and clean NY State driver license. Minimum 1 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

JOB FUNCTION:
Supervise and provide direct services with a focus on vocational services on a mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness.
