**Responsibilities**
- Manage the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable functions
- Manage Cost accounting and Inventory Maintenance
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual General Ledger Closings
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Communications with outside accounting professionals
- Monitor receivables and contact customers for payment status.
- Maintain bank reconciliations monthly.
- Daily maintenance of sales tax collections
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules monthly.
- Maintain prepaids and other balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
- Monitor job cost variations and margins
- Ability to provide technical accounting expertise
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments
- Conduct regulatory reporting and compliance
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Supervise payroll functions
- Provide technical accounting guidance
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Collaborate with senior management on financial concepts
- Performs other duties as required.

**Education/Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance
- At least five years of financial and accounting experience, possibly in wholesale and retail environments
- Advanced MS excel experience.
- Strong skills with standard office software (MS Word, MS Outlook)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Familiarity with payroll systems and processes
- Strong analytical skills for financial data interpretation
- Excellent understanding of financial concepts and principals.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
