**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls for service
- Dispatch appropriate personnel and resources to incidents
- Monitor and coordinate field activities of personnel
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all incidents, calls, and dispatches
- Utilize dispatching software and systems to effectively manage resources
- Communicate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other relevant parties
- Provide assistance and support to field personnel as needed
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to identify potential security threats or incidents
- Write detailed reports on incidents, actions taken, and outcomes

Qualifications:

- Valiant Exp Is a plus
- Tracktik Exp is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certificate or training in dispatching preferred
- Previous experience in law enforcement or related field is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Knowledge of report writing procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operation
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Understanding of loss prevention principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 45 per week
