**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and report any discrepancies.
- **Stock Organization**: Organize and maintain the stockroom in an orderly and accessible manner. Ensure that merchandise is properly labeled and stored.
- **Restocking**: Replenish the sales floor with merchandise from the stockroom as needed. Ensure that all products are stocked in the correct locations and are easily accessible to customers.
- **Product Preparation**: Prepare merchandise for the sales floor by unpacking, tagging, and hanging items as necessary. Assist with pricing and security tagging.
- **Cycle Counts**: Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy. Report inventory levels and discrepancies to management.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and safe stockroom environment. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with sales associates and management to ensure efficient stockroom operations. Communicate effectively with team members to support store needs.

**Requirements**:

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items. Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to keep the stockroom neat and well-organized.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- **Reliability**: Dependable and punctual. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
