Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays and store layouts to drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales and customer service skills
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with at least 1-2 years of store management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

What We Offer:
