**Data/Business Analyst**

This role is 100% remote.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in business analysis including technology assessment, enterprise alignment, process improvement for large complex IT systems.
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) either from an analyst or a developer perspective
- A deep understanding of IGA processes and capabilities
- Strong knowledge of process development and business requirements management
- Able to identify opportunities for process improvements, manage, and execute the process improvements
- Gather data analysis requirements from various team members and create the desired reports and dashboards representing the data
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
- Acquire data from various data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Create data model flows and diagrams
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Blend data from multiple systems to prepare reports.
- Build reports and reconcile them to system data
- Perform statistical analysis and reconciliation to ensure data quality
- Be a self-starter who can work independently while exercising good judgment.
- Manage multiple tasks/assignments

**Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience (6-8 years) as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong experience with tools such as SQL, Python, and/or PowerShell
- Proven ability to create and maintain dashboards and metrics
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
- Highly skilled in BI Tools (Business Intelligence), preferably PowerBI
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Working experience with Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)

**Desired Skills**:

- Prior experience in the consulting industry
