**Summary**:
The Marketing and Schedule Administrator shall report to the President & Business/HR Manager of Envirotech Environmental Consulting, Inc. (EECI). The Marketing and Schedule Administrator will be responsible for marketing research, client communications, contact lists and marketing documents, event coordination and registration, calendar and logistics, scheduling of meetings, and various administrative duties.

**Education and Experience**:
The Marketing and Schedule Administrator should have a marketing degree, or a combination of education and experience. Several years of demonstrated experience in marketing and/or office administration may substitute for the education requirement, especially if the experience involves marketing research, advertising, content creation, and logisitics.

**Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Proven experience in the field of marketing and office administration.
- Competency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Publisher, Photoshop and other various software products and the ability to use them effectively to improve job performance.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work will with others as well as independently.
- Ability to advertise, reach demographics, build client lists and dispatch content accordingly
- Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to schedule, organize meeting folders, confirm meetings, and ensure that meeting and/or events are prepared with all documents and setup
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion. This includes appropriately setting priorities considering competing demands.
- Ability to target market demographics and clients based on the task, including services
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, business associates, vendors, and employees.

**Essential Duties**:
The requirements detailed below are representative of the duties, knowledge, skill, abilities and responsibilities of the Marketing and Schedule Administrator:

- Marketing: oversees Marketing activities with assistance from other employees including marketing research. Other marketing duties include but are not limited to:

- Enviro-Alerts
- Social Media Posts
- Schedule meetings; responsible for meeting coordination with clients, registering clients for marketing, and for the President's contact lists
- Research and register for events and other opportunities for sales and advertising
- Updates for the website
- Brochures, flyers and Print ads
- Set-Up for Meetings, Events, and other various items on a calendar
- Educational Outreach materials
- Building client lists, including research and development
- Administrative assistance

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
