**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing, with a focus on patient collections.

- Strong understanding of healthcare billing practices, including insurance billing and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented approach.

- Certification in medical billing and coding (preferred).
