The Craft Services Coordinator oversees the catering of the crew 3 meals a day for the week of the festival. The position requires the Craft Services Coordinator to be mainly at the WFF Headquarters in Woodstock NY from October 13 - October 23rd. Some preliminary setup, communication, and coordination is required the weeks leading up to the festival. Total compensation for this position is $1,000.

**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**:

- Degree, coursework or related work experience in areas such as catering, hospitality or similar field
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation
- Knowledge of and familiarity with the local community is a plus
- Dedicated to provide excellent customer service to the hard working volunteers and crew
- Familiarity with food handling and preparation techniques
- Excellent people, phone and computer skills
- Exceptionally organized, focused, proactive, self-motivated, problem solver
- Available to work flexible and longer hours during the film festival
- Inventory and budget management

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with Office and Community Relations Manager to coordinate meals from local restaurants and catering companies
- Coordinate all aspects of craft services, including menu planning, some food preparation, and food delivery
- Work closely with the Guest Relations Department preparing gift baskets for talent, delivering, and replenishing in a timely fashion
- Set up and break down of craft services area at WFF headquarters
- Picking up meals from restaurants
- Inventory supplies and ordering additional supplies
- Work closely with Volunteer Coordinator to ensure special dietary needs are being met
- Packaging and distributing meals to crew at various venues in Woodstock and Saugerties

WFF provides innovative mentoring and inspired educational programs benefitting filmmakers, students and diverse audiences, while serving as a powerful cultural and economic engine for New York’s Hudson Valley and beyond. Such efforts have consistently resulted in the festival being hailed as one of the top regional film festivals worldwide.
