**PIONEER CHIROPRACTIC**

Position Title: Director of First Impressions/ Chiropractic Assistant (CA)

Location: 1865 SR 44, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168

Duration: Part-Time with the option to move to Full-Time

Salary or Salary Range: Between $14.00 and $19.00 depending on experience

**Position Summary**:
When Practice Members enter the office, they are greeted with enthusiasm, warmth, and respect. Practice Members should feel like members of our family while they are inside and outside of our office. As a chiropractic assistant (CA) you must be comfortable interacting with people, have great organizational skills, be able to follow systems and procedures, have high energy, are comfortable working with children, and ready to make waves in the world of wellness.

The CA role in the company is very important as it is the first person the members interact with. It is a vital position within the company.

**Responsibilities**:
Primary duties:

- Customer Service
- Answer the phone
- Handle schedule additions and changes
- Monitor the practice member flow
- Provide information about the benefits of a chiropractic family lifestyle
- Obtain payments for services
- Coordinate payment schedules
- Assist with outreach programs
- Coordinate events
- Maintaining organization

Secondary duties:

- Marketing/Outreach events (typically weekends)
- Assist with office supply ordering
- Input EHR files and scanning
- Other duties as assigned
- Photos/Videos

**Requirements**:

- Strong phone presence
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Mid Level computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs efficiently
- Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions
- Able to multitask and prioritize with the ability to adapt to change as the company grows
