As a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, being the first impression to our patients as they walk through the door; also providing crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic. Prior experience in a heatlh-centric office preferred but not required - we are seeking reliable individuals with strong people skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries
- Collect patient payments and checking patients out
- Assist chiropractors and staff with various administrative and clinical tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and office
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients and colleagues
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient clinic operations

- Strong people skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
