- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Must have or be able to quickly obtain Insurance Producer's licenses in Property, Casualty, Life & Health from State of New Hampshire. Will be reimbursed during the course of employment.
- Self-confidence, perseverance, the ability to remain positive and maintain progress towards a goal in spite of obstacles and adversity
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct needs based marketing interviews with potential and existing clients
