Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of landscapers and ensuring the successful completion of various landscaping projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Janitorial duties, collecting trash, and landscaping at County Park Facilities.
- Supervision of crews of 1 to 2 people and may lead co-workers in project-oriented tasks under the direction of Parks Administration.
- Park maintenance projects to include tree maintenance, parking lot and playground maintenance, and general construction/routine facility maintenance projects during the off-season.
- Assisting with set-up and take-down tasks for special events, tourism sporting events, & recreation programs.
- Snow removal and skid steer operation, and other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED;
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field with demonstrated success in supervision and equipment operations;
- Possession of a valid driver’s license;
- CPR and First Aid certification required within 6 months;
- NIMS Emergency Certification within 3 months;
- Team oriented;
- Ability to supervise a crew of 1 to 2 people;
- Ability to deal with the public in a professional manner;
- Problem solving skills and the ability to understand and execute instructions;
- Ability to operate a 1-ton crew cab pick-up while towing a landscape trailer;
- Ability to work in all weather conditions;
- Ability to be on-call 24/7 for weather emergencies;
- Ability to pass Department of Corrections training and orientation requirements.

Pay: $35,298.00 - $36,600.00 per year
