**Job Summary**

The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our grain facility, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the facility manager in managing the operations and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Coordinate and direct the daily activities of crews and teams that receive, dry, store, and distribute grain.
  • Train and develop team members to perform required operational tasks.
  • Operate grain probe (hand/automated) and grade grain for all factors.
  • Operate grain receiving equipment, grain drying and related equipment, grain transfer and load out equipment, and lift truck equipment.
  • Perform house keeping of all elevator areas and perform routine and preventative maintenance on operational equipment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Previous grain operations experience preferred.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements:

  • Able to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing vertical heights.
  • Carrying tools and equipment (0-50 lbs.).
  • Exposure to temperatures (degrees Fahrenheit), humidity (0-100%), noise (50db to 100db), and chemicals (MSDS sheets available).
  • Must be able to wear protective equipment to include self-contained breathing apparatus.
  • Required to travel to remote facilities and customer locations.
