**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Utilize secure banking portals to conduct proof of payment and data analysis to ensure payments are timely and accurate
- Ensure compliance with key financial policies, procedures, controls, and standards
- Leverage collection software to analyze customer collections history to assist in contacts and ensuring timely payments
- Partner with internal teams and external customers to seek resolution and payment
- Validate payments for accuracy and timeliness with proper supporting materials or receipts
- Conduct data analysis on company credit cards and employee expenses
- Provide operational and financial oversight on banking transactions for Residual Market Plan Finance together with key bank partners, carriers, agents, and applicants
- Assist in the filing of annual report and business licensing to maintain compliance

**WHAT IT TAKES**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or related field
- 3+ years experience in an analytical or customer service position in industries such as Finance, Treasury, Banking, Insurance, or similar
- In lieu of a degree, additional years of relevant work experience or professional certifications may be accepted
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts, including payment mechanisms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to transition to multiple functions based on team needs
- Self-starter with the ability to analyze complex information and make sound fact-based financial recommendations

**PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**:

- Demonstrated operational excellence and flexibility in daily or weekly operational needs
